Shipping policy

All orders are processed as efficiently as possible and you will receive a notification when your order has shipped. There may be some delays in shipping due to issues outside of our control such as delays with postal services. We will endeavour to keep you informed of the status of your order.

Domestic Shipping

To keep things as simple as possible we provide free shipping to Australian delivery addresses.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

As our art is quite large we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical delivery address at the time of order.

International Shipping

We love sending art to our friends overseas. If you are interested in purchasing a piece please contact us and provide us details of the artwork you are interested in and your address and we will provide you with a personalised quote for international shipping.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus shipping costs. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as with your order details and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Please contact us to arrange return shipping. You must ensure that artwork is securely packaged and we will not accept returns damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging.

At this stage we are unable to accept returns from commissioned artworks or items that have been shipped internationally.
